Job Description

We are dedicated to exceeding our customers’ expectations. This is the primary responsibility of the retail store Customer Service Representative. The CSR will serve our retail store customers with courtesy and integrity while performing a wide array of financial services with accuracy and efficiency.





Essential Duties and Responsibilities



· Displays a cheerful and positive attitude

· Is committed to providing an excellent customer experience

· Accurately performs financial transactions including but not limited to loans, check cashing, wire transfer, money orders, and bill payments

· Adheres to company policies and strictly follows all company procedures

· Participates in on-going learning and development

· Complies with all state and federal laws governing the financial services industry

· Performs all other duties as assigned



Work Environment



· Fast paced retail service environment

· Must be available to work all shifts, days, evenings, nights and weekends

· Must be able to stand for 3-4 hours with little rest

Minimum Requirements

  • Education : High School Diploma
  • Skill : Intermediate, 1 year in Customer Contact
  • Skill : Intermediate, 2 years in Call Center Support
  • Skill : Intermediate, 1 year in Food Service
  • Skill : Advanced, 3 years in Restaurant Management
