Construction Surveillance Technician – Trainee

USIS, a Virginia based information and security Services Company, is currently seeking personnel with a Security background and or Construction Surveillance experience.
Candidate will be assigned to various construction projects assuring the security integrity of sites, materials, buildings, and controlled areas will inspect pre-installation construction materials, equipment and furnishings and identify construction security vulnerabilities requires you to observe the construction process, and recognize any abnormalities that could affect the security of the project.
They will monitor employee activities to prevent the implantation of clandestine devices or systems into the structure being constructed.
They may be required to X-ray and inspect materials, equipment and furnishings to identify and report potential security breaches that may arise. In addition, they may be required to assist in the random selection of materials to be inspected for use on the construction site.

Background/Experience:
Qualified candidates need to have at least 3 years of combined experience in the following areas:
• Construction security surveillance, technical surveillance countermeasures, industrial or government security involving counterintelligence, construction quality assurance, and hands-on supervisory construction experience.
• Knowledge of technical security devices and systems CCTV’s and other monitoring devices.
• Must be able to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Must be able and willing to work in inclement conditions.
• Must be in good health and have the ability stand/walk for extended periods.
• Applicants/candidates selected must meet eligibility requirements and currently possess a Top Secret clearance
